Thai Military secure take control of the Army Club grounds after a military coup where Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was detained along with other on May 22, 2014. Army chief General Prayuth Chan-ocha announced that Thailand's military had seized control of the country and suspended the constitution after rival factions failed to negotiate a truce and end six months of political protests and unrest.
