Congressman Cicilline floor remarks on forced arbitration against military members

Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline argues in debate on an amendment to the fiscal 2020 defense authorization that first arbitration clause is buried in fine print of contracts had eroded workplace protections for servicemembers and block them from their day in court by allowing servicemembers to be called up for active-duty, return to work and then be fired on their last day of work which happened, then learning they had learned of their having waived due process which allowed corporations to decide on the arbiter and venue in justifying termination.
