Palmerston the Cat Appointed Chief Mouser at the Foreign Office

CLEAN: A new member of staff has started work in Whitehall. Five years after Larry started prowling Number 10 - Henry John Temple, third Viscount Palmerston - or simply Palmerston for short - has been appointed chief mouser at the Foreign Office. The moggy came from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, where he arrived in March as a neglected stray. Shows footage of Palmerston the cat prowling around inside the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
