Robot Attendant At Japan Bank
TOKYO, JAPAN – APR. 13: Robots will play yet another role in high-tech Japan as a major bank announced introduction of a robot at the counter. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ said on Monday April 13 that humanoid robot called Nao will welcome customers until April 23 and will answer some simple questions including how to open an account, in Japanese, English or Chinese languages at its head retail branch in central Tokyo. The bank aims at researching the responses from the customers communicating with the 58-centimeter tall robot made by a French company.
