WS elementary school-age children play on swing sets in community of model homes operated by the Sugar Planters Association for its workers; some of the children are of Asian ethnicity, but this is not readily visible in many shots / VS children play on slide, "bottleneck" forms at bottom of slide, children get off and run to climb ladder to slide down again; children slide down slide, line forms at ladder as they rush to play again / Note: exact day not known
