French cyclist Laurent Fignon, wearing the yellow jersey as overall leader, gets ready to change his bike after puncturing a tyre on July 21, 1984, during the 22nd stage of the Tour de France, a 51 km time-trial stage between Villie Morgon and Villefranche-en-Beaujolais. Fignon reveals, on June 11, 2009 in Paris during the recording of a TV show released on June 14, that he suffers from and advanced stage cancer, but that there are no links with doping products.
