Federal Court To Rule On Diesel Bans For Certain Cities

The German Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof) in Leipzig is due to rule on February 22 whether the German cities of Stuttgart and Dusseldorf may impose bans or partial bans on diesel cars in order to bring down emissions levels.
