BRITAIN-SAINT HELENA-SAFRICA-AVIATION
Travellers and passengers get off the first inaugural commercial plane from Johannesburg after it landed at the newly built Saint Helena Airport in the volcanic tropical island of Saint Helena, in the South Atlantic Ocean and part of the British Overseas Territory on October 14, 2017.
After five years of construction, controversy and embarrassing delays due to high winds, an airport built at a cost of £285 million (318 million euros) will welcome its first routine flight from Johannesburg. / AFP PHOTO / GIANLUIGI GUERCIA (Photo credit should read GIANLUIGI GUERCIA/AFP via Getty Images)
