Natural History Museum In London

Visitors interact with a giant Pliosaur fossil at the Natural History Museum on 27th April 2022 in London, United Kingdom. Pliosaurs, are from the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. The pliosauroids were crocodile-like short-necked plesiosaurs with large heads and massive toothed jaws. The museum exhibits a vast range of specimens from various segments of natural history. The museum is home to life and earth science specimens comprising some 80 million items within five main collections: botany, entomology, mineralogy, paleontology and zoology.
