Oviedo And Swiss Fund Stoneweg Negotiate A Solution For The Calatrava Shopping Center

More than 9 million of debt weigh on the accounts of RPPSE Espacio Oviedo, the Calatrava shopping center, of which just over two million are debt to the City Council and four million to the Swiss giant Stoneweg. That is why they are now negotiating between both bodies to see what solution to take, although everything points to the fact that it will be the Consistory and Stoneweg who will have to deal with the debt and take charge of the 40,000 square meters of a shopping center that remains closed to economic activity since 2019.
