Alfred Antenucci Posing with Clasped Hands

(Original Caption) Alfred Antenucci, 67 years old, 5'2 tall, was outside the Washington Hilton when Reagan made his exit. Alfred was the first to tackle Hinckley, (he was standing right behind Hinckley in the crowd). Alfred has a heart condition. He is also a member of the Building and Trades Union, (the very same one Ronnie was addressing during his speech). The Secret Service had requested that Alfred wait outside, rather than in the hallway, in order to see Reagan. Following the Hinckley tackle, Alfred was hospitalized for dizziness and nausea. He was released from the hospital on Wednesday, April 8th.
