An investigator for the UN International Crimes Tribunal for ex-Yugoslavia removes earth from bodies in a mass grave outside the village of Cerska, near Srebrenica, Bosnia, 40 miles (65 km) southeast of Tuzla in the Serb entity 15 July 1996. After 10 days of work at the site, investigators expected to finish removing 60 bodies uncovered earlier before moving to another site nearby.
