Sihastria Putnei Monastery - the new church.Sihastria Putnei Monastery is a romanian orthodox monk monastery located at a distance of 4 km of Putna Monastery in Northern Bucovina, and is an oasis of rest and peace in a historical framework.The church was built in 1758 of river rock, cross shaped, the apses are polygonal inside and semicircular outside. Instead of the triple initial division (altar, the nave and the narthex), now was added the closed porch.a new church was built and finished in 2002 having the Healing Spring patron.
