Haig pit on at Whitehaven on the coast of Cumbria. This was the last working coal mine in the area closed in the 1980's it stands as a monument to the men and women who worked there and some who died there who lay entombed within. I captured this as the sun was setting off the coast of Whitehaven lighting up the windows in beautiful colours and it remined me of a Cathedral the big wheel standing silent silhouetted against a pastel sky.
