VOICED: Hundreds of suspected dealers, users and traffickers have been killed by police in the Philippines, in a new war on illegal drugs. The new Filipino president says many of the country's addicts are no longer viable as human beings and should be eradicated. He's now given police and vigilantes free reign to track down those thought to be selling or using illegal narcotics. Sky News Tom Rayner joined police looking for suspects on the streets of Manila.
