MANILA, PHILIPPINES - 2014/07/07: Workers led by National Labor Center, Kilusang Mayo Uno held a lightning protest this morning near Gate 7 of the Malacañang (Philippine presidential official residence to condemn Pres. Noynoy Aquino for creating and implementing the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), saying the chief executive should be made accountable for the said program. The Supreme Court announced that parts of the DAP were found to be illegal, thus making the conspicuous "Php 1.2 trillion presidential pork" to be unlawful.
