North Korea notified South Korea today that it has deferred two separate sets of talks on the tours and the family reunions it proposed yesterday, and said it wants to focus on the ongoing dialog to reopen the joint Gaeseong industrial zone, the Souths Unification Ministry said in an e-mailed statement. The two sides yesterday decided to hold talks in Gaeseong on July 15, which will be their third round in one week, on normalizing operations in Gaeseong after the North unilaterally recalled its workers in April.
