Residents of Cathedraltown in Markham have waited more than a decade for developer Helen Roman-Barber to bring the unique European subdivison they were promised, to life. But she's already on to the next phase of building condos next to the magnificent Cathedral of Transfiguration. And residents have no way of knowing if they will ever get what they bought into -- such as a lake, a piazza and most of all a community centred around the cathedral.
