RIOSUCIO, COLOMBIA - JANUARY 4, 2015: An effigy of the devil hangs from the balcony of a house during the devil's carnival on January 4, 2015 in Riosucio, Colombia. Every two years, from January 2 to 12, in odd-numbered years, the Carnaval del Diablo, or Devils Carnival, is convoked in the town of Riosucio.
