Signs of Progress Appear in Reid's Push for 60 Votes on Health Care Bill

WASHINGTON, DC - Nov. 18: Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., talks to reporters on his way to a meeting of the Democratic caucus on the health care bill. The Congressional Budget Office scored the topline cost of the plan at $849 billion over 10 years, and that it would cover 94 percent of Americans. The measure would reduce the uninsured population by 31 million and cut the deficit by $127 billion over 10 years.
