The CCC job creation program was established during the Great Depression by the Federal Emergency Relief Administration to create manual labor jobs for millions of unemployed workers.Today Moro Rock attracts lots of tourists and photographers. The view from the top encompasses much of Sequoia National Park , including the Great Western Divide.
